clever shortcut to loyalty :) but if user experience start to mix up with the "great" marketing theory we might soon approach new chaos understanding what is good user experience approach.
But if budgets from marketing and communication can be shifted to utility, UX and UI, this very last theory can be very welcome, to start to consider the drastic change that most of big corporations need to experience as soon as possible.
From my point of view, I would keep away marketing from utility terminologies or it will be an early predictable divorce.
